Vani Vidyalaya website is providing an additional channel for payment of fees by the parents to their children. The fees once paid will not be bind by any cancellation policy of the fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances

There is no return & refund policy for this fees collection service and the amount once paid will be used for the purpose of imparting education to the students.

In case of any unsuccessful transactions, the case will be suitably taken up with the bankers and the payment gateway service providers to amicably settle the amount in dispute

Any double payment made by mistake by the parents cannot be returned and shall be adjusted with the payment to be made for the next term accordingly. However, there will be a written request from the parent on the double payment with payment proof details for consideration of adjustments
